101 Reasons to be excited for the new school year!

Tomorrow is the first day of classes at TAMU, so I thought I'd make a list of all the happy things to get me excited!! Enjoy! (Geared more towards college students, but can apply to everyone!)

1. new school supplies

2. new routine

3. when you thought you’d be late to class but actually made it on time

4. unexpected good grades

5. when you see an old friend

6. working out

7. bonding over that one crazy professor

8. sunny walks to class

9. that feeling after taking your first exam

10. getting in the car and turning on your favorite song

11. dreaming of where you’ll be after graduation

12. eating at your fave restaurant

13. when the Starbucks line isn’t that long

14. when people open the door for you

15. visiting a friend at their new house/apartment

16. filling out your planner

17. finding a church

18. making a new friend in that one class you hate

19. getting help from someone who actually knows what’s going on

20. getting outside your comfort zone

21. finally finishing an assignment you’ve been procrastinating on

22. when the test you thought you’d fail actually ends up going really well

23. club meetings

24. seeing the freshmen & knowing you were there once too

25. hugging your mom after not seeing her for a while

26. drives to your hometown

27. getting your financial aid portal and seeing a new scholarship

28. when you easily find a parking spot in the garage

29. when the sermon is exactly what you need to hear
